Red Wines      

2019 Blaufränkisch     
Aromas of dark ripe cherries and dark berries. Spicy with medium tannins and well-balanced acidity. Aged 24 months in Hungarian Oak. 

2022 Draksha Blend     
Otium's special blend of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot is medium-bodied, ruby colored, with silky tannins and savory spice across the palette.

2019 Malbec Reserve                 
This full-bodied intensely flavorful wine has soft, round tannins with layers of plum, blackberry and dark cherry. Accented with hints of Brown spice and Chocolate.

2019 Domina     
Otium's Domina is a rich colored red wine with a nose of dark cherry and a hint of dark chocolate. It is medium to full-bodied with lively tannins.

White Wines

2022 Grüner Veltliner       
Crisp, juicy and lively with apple, peach and citrus aromas. Light and delicate bouquet of floral and herbal notes with a hint of white pepper.

2022 Pinot Gris         
The aromas of pear, apple and melon lead this medium bodied wine to a creamy mineral finish.

2022 Masuna                   
Our Masuna Vidal Blanc captivates with its refreshing and vibrant character. With a delicate straw-yellow hue, it offers enticing aromas of tropical fruits and citrus zest. The palate reveals a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and luscious flavors, culminating in a clean, lingering finish.

2022 Rosé                
Predominant aromas are floral notes with red fruit and a touch of pear. The mouth feel is very pleasant with a smooth texture and fresh feeling. The finish is very long with a very pleasant touch of acidity.

2022 Hail Medley    
Otium's Hail Medley is a unique blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Gruner Veltliner. Gruner contribues crisp acidity with hints of green pepper spice,Chardonnay enhances the texture, while Pinot Gris adds refeshing peach notes; all marrying in a delcious and satisfying mouthfeel.

2021 Chardonnay Reserve     
A ripe, buttery, toasty wine balanced with stone fruit, peach, and apricot. Aged in stainless steel to address its complexity.
